Well people, I've been having so much problems with my blog and blogspot that I've decided to end this blog and blogging. I can't post a comment on my own blog or on Legio and I've tried many ways to fix it. If anyone has any tips or ways to fix this, please let me know. It's frustrating not being able to post or reply to blogs.
This will be my final posting, till I can fix this problem...
Sigh!

For the holidays!
I'll be leaving sunny Malaysia for Sunny Australia later today.
My first time there and it's been a long 9 year wait for me.
No hobbying and no 40K for the next 2 weeks.
Won't be meeting everyone till next year I guess, so here's to the Holidays and Merry Christmas.
Have a Happy New Year too while you're at it :p
Cheers!

It's been too long
Check out the poster *Khairul and *Arzmi made.
Just a quick one to keep this blog alive.
Haven't had the chance to hobby much since my last post.
Did however manage to strip some minis.
Good news is that the Iron painter is happening next month, so that simply means I get an extra excuse to buy more minis. Then there's the Kindred doubles tournament by Khairul and Arzmi and Jeff is helping out too. 500 points battle per person, so that makes 1,000 per side. Would be a good time to start that army that I've been wanting to start for the longest time :) Yes, more minis that I just might never finish cause, just cause...
So with that I'm all hyped up and almost ready to go. Still waiting for my paints to arrive so I can finally start painting my army. Word of advice, never order stuff so near to Christmas time anymore. For more info on the Iron Painter and Kindred tournament head on to http://legiomalaysia.blogspot.com/
Merry Christmas Everyone

Progress of the week
Was busy the whole of last week and didn't get much done except for this guy right here. It's the oldest Death Guard mini I have and it's the icon bearer. Decided to paint him up in a shade of green. Picture is kinda blurry and out of focus and all but you get the picture. Also I finally bought Simple Green and was all eager to see what the fuss was about this miracle which was sworn over by so many loyal miniature collectors eager to undo the unholiness of painting. I'M PH'REAKIN CONVINCED! In 24 hours I have managed to remove 15 years worth of sacrilege to my poor old minis. Below are the before and after images. I promise you guys out there, this thing works. It peels off like the skin of a charred pepper soaked in ice cold water. If you need to undo painting that has gone so very wrong or decide to re-paint your minis then this is it. RM19.90 at all Ace Hardware stores. Booya!

Update, small but still...
My GF's gone to Adelaide for 2 months, so that leaves me with lots of time to game and hobby(I miss her though). Been real busy the last couple a weeks, hence the lack of updates on my blog.
Today I test painted my Chosen Marine Champion. Wanted to test out a few schemes for my army before I go ahead and paint the lot. As always I'm not happy with him after being dipped, but if it's anything like the Termies, then it should turn out fine after a coat of matt spray.
My Death Guards and Oblits are being primed white as we speak and more minis are being assembled. Sad though, I can't make it for Legio''s Tournament in November due to work. SIGH!
Also completed are my bases. Basecoat Chaos Black, Drybrush with Vallejo Cold Grey and Flock from GF9 Marsh Blend.
Notice there are 8 bike bases. 1 Will be for my alternative Chaos Lord/Sorcerer.
Anyhow I can't wait for Friday as Khairul has promised me a game with his Saim Hann army.
So far I've played 3 games. 2 lost and a draw, not too bad I would say. Still there's time for me to learn and improve.
